By registering for an account, accessing the student dashboard, or enrolling in any online or offline course provided by Climax Academy MRJ, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, students, and others who access the service.

2. Educational Services & Online Testing

Climax Academy MRJ provides mock tests, practice questions, and exam preparation resources tailored for government jobs. We strive to provide accurate content, but do not guarantee that our material exactly matches the final official exams. The online testing platform, including features like the built-in calculator and performance tracking, is provided "as is" to aid your preparation.

Accuracy of Answers: While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our test questions and the answer keys shown at the end of a test, occasional typographical errors or discrepancies may occur. Climax Academy MRJ is not legally or financially liable for any incorrect answers, explanations, or grading errors that may affect your preparation. Students are highly encouraged to use the built-in "Report Question" tool to notify us of any inaccuracies so our academic team can review and correct them promptly.

3. Fee Structure, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Fees for courses, premium mock tests, and subscriptions are payable in full prior to access. Once payment is successful, it is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the rare event that a specific batch or service is permanently cancelled by the administration before commencement.

4. User Accounts and Code of Conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Students must maintain decorum in all interactions. The use of automated scripts, attempting to scrape questions, or exploiting the question reporting system for malicious purposes will result in an immediate ban without a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to lectures, study notes, mock tests, question banks, video materials, and the user interface design, are the exclusive intellectual property of Climax Academy MRJ. Unauthorized sharing, reproducing, or commercializing of these materials is illegal and subject to severe legal action.
